3. Pay the fee for your listing via our secure credit card payment gateway and receive a payment receipt

4. We publish your listing

5. Once your listing is live we will send you an email notification that will show you how to find your new listing and a tax invoice that is marked as paid

6. Potential tenants can call the mobile number, enter the property code and be connected through to your phone immediately

7. Potential tenants will contact you via email directly from the real estate websites, in real time, 24/7

8. Using our website you can:

• Edit, change text, change sale price

• Add, re-arrange and change images

• Add Open For Inspection times and

• Adjust the secondary features of your property.

• Withdraw your listing once sold

9. You will need to email us if you wish to change:

• The headline of your listing or

• The main description
