As Australia's largest and most highly endorsed tenancy database, NTD has been providing thousands of real estate agents throughout Australia with daily access to over 1.5 million individuals' tenancy files, along with access to over 2 million public record files and 1 million commercial credit files held by Equifax, the largest and most sophisticated provider of business intelligence in Australia and New Zealand.

The following residential services are checked:

NTD Tenant Check - searches the individual applicant against the tenancy database for rental history
Public Record Search - provides details of any bankruptcies, court judgements and directorship or proprietorship information and also includes the NTD Tenant check
Identity Verification - Verifies personal identity information of an applicant against a series of reliable and independent data sources by using sophisticated matching algorithms to optimise the quality of the results, giving you greater confidence that the applicant is who they say they are.
Visa Verification - Verify if a potential tenant has a current and valid Australian Visa and if so, when it is due to expire. NTD Visa Verification is designed to help identify potential risks that might eventuate from tenants renting past their Visa expiry.
